Work Wales are working with an organisation to find a compassionate and committed Manager.

The role will involve supporting individuals who have Learning Disabilities to develop life skills along, pursuing any activities and interests they may have and achieve the highest levels of independence.

You will also be responsible for the day-to-day operation and continued development of the service.

Duties:Provide care and support to individuals in two care settingsAssist with daily living activitiesCoordinate and schedule medical appointmentsCreate and implement individualised care plansEnsure a safe and comfortable living environment for individualsCollaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational and time management abilitiesCompassionate and patient demeanourKnowledge of medication administration proceduresAbility to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently This position requires a caring individual who is dedicated to providing quality care to individuals in three small care settings.

The Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of the individuals under their care.
