Net Temps are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer to work on a multi million pound Student Accommodation project in Birmingham. This is a long term post and offers the opportunity to work on an interesting scheme with a market leading contractor.Roles & Responsibilities of Site EngineerSetting outCreation of and support in the creation of ITP's, check sheets and RAMSOverseeing building work and undertaking site surveysLiaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staffProviding technical advice and solving problems on sitePreparing site reports and filling in other paperworkLiaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and negotiating the price of materialsEnsuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered toDeveloping CAD/ design drawings for the clients and asset ownersWorking knowledge of health and safety & HR procedures ExperienceOperated as a Site Engineer on similar schemesPrevious experience of NEC & ICE contracting standardsMinimum of 2 years in a similar discipline Remuneration for this Site Engineer post is £350 per day / CISNet Temps supplies temporary, freelance and permanent labour to the construction, precast and manufacturing industries across the UK.
