CSCS Carded, SMSTS Site Manager required on a commercial construction internal fit out construction site project.
The contract is a new build shell.
We are doing the warehouse style fitout with a mezzaine floor.
Main duties: * The daily running of site * site inductions * looking after and direction sub contractors * maintaining health and safety * keeping records of progress * reporting back to contracts managerRequirements: * SMSTS Cert * CSCS Card * First Aid certificate * min 5 years site manager experience * be from a interior/refuribshment backgroundBenefits: * long run of work * Good rate of pay * working for a family run business * possibility of future/continuous contractsBSC has been supplying local sites and companies with local trades and labour for the past 18 years.
