You will be responsible for the site's restaurant offering, which is a high end bistro/modern European style of food as well as being involved in the hospitality & events.Producing food to the highest standards is essential at this premium site, using the finest ingredients available. The site is divided between several different outlets which consist of restaurant, retail & events so having varied experience is key for this role.This is an amazing opportunity for an ambitious Chef to showcase their skills.
