Spanish Teacher in Stourbridge

Zest Education are seeking a Spanish speaking teacher to join an outstanding secondary school in the Stourbridge area.

This is a full-time role where planning and marking will be required.

This role is due to commence in September 2024 and will run for a minimum of one term.

Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver high-quality Spanish lessons to secondary school students- Utilise a variety of resources and materials to engage students and enhance understanding- Create lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of individual students- Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and projects- Provide constructive feedback to students to support their learning and growth- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies- Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment- Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions as requiredRequirements:- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in Spanish- Experience teaching Spanish at secondary level- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to motivate and inspire students to learn and achieve their full potential- Organisational skills to effectively plan and manage workload- High standards of professionalism and commitment to excellence in teachingIf you are interested in this position or want to find out more, contact Lucy at Zest or ‘apply for job’ at the top of the page to submit your details.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications.

The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
