Supply Desk are seeking SEND teaching assistants for a primary school in the AndoverStarting from ASAP on a long-term contractUp to £15ph *dependant on experienceHours: 08:30-4:30About the school:Ofsted rated “Good”SEND school working with children from the ages of 6-11Offers the opportunity for SEMH children to thrive in a specialist settingCompassionate and caring staffHold values of independence, inclusion and respectHave a creative and relevant curriculum which fits individual needsJob Description:Some experience with children with additional needs preferred (SEMH, ASC, ADHD etc)Desire to work throughout Key stages1 and 2 (6-11 year olds)Working with small groups delivering interventions such as Reading, Maths, Literacy, life skills and social skillsPart time role with the opportunity of a permanent contractLocation: AndoverStart Date: September Contract Length: Long Term – Potential to become permanentIndividual Profile:A nurturing and caring natureGCSE Maths and English to A- C gradeExperience of working with children/young peoplePassionate, enthusiastic and proactive individualAdaptable and sensitive when dealing with challenging situationsFirst Aid trained or be willing to be trainedWho are Supply Desk?
