We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our client's team. FULL OR PART TIME CONSIDERED!The Speech & Language Therapist is an autonomous practitioner providing a high standard speech & language therapy service withinteh Neuro Rehab Therapy Centre. You will be responsible for working with the Multi Disciplinary Team & the Home Managers / Lead Nurses to ensure that the rehabilitation and therapy needs of each Service User are met. This will involve ensuring that Speech & Language Therapy provision is of consistently high quality and in line with procedures.Duties:- Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' speech and language abilities- Develop individualised treatment plans based on assessment results- Provide therapy sessions to patients to improve speech, language, and swallowing abilities- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans- Monitor and document service user progress throughout the course of therapyQualifications:SLT QualificationExperience with neurological caseloadMust be willing to undertake any further training as required.- Registration as a Speech-Language therapist with HCPC- Knowledge of human physiology and anatomy related to speech production and swallowing- Strong understanding of various neuro related disorders and treatment techniques- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary teamFor more information and an informal chat, please contact Laura Mullane at Pioneer Talent.Job Type: Full-timePay: £40,000.00-£53,000.00 per yearBenefits: * Company events * Company pension * On-site parkingSchedule: * Monday to FridayWork Location: In personReference ID: SALTCAMBS
