As a crucial member of our SEMH provision, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing physical well-being alongside emotional and mental health.

Key Responsibilities:Tailored Sports Programs: Design and deliver engaging sports activities tailored to meet the diverse needs of SEMH students.

Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance, promoting teamwork, discipline, and self-esteem through sports.

Transportation: Utilize your driving skills to transport students to and from sports venues, fostering independence and accessibility.

Collaboration: Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to integrate sports into holistic support plans for students.

Empowerment: Empower students to overcome challenges, develop resilience, and achieve personal and academic goals through sports.

Requirements:Passion for working with young people with SEMH needs.

Demonstrable experience in coaching and facilitating sports activities.

Valid driving license and willingness to transport students.

Flexibility, patience, and excellent communication skills.

Relevant qualifications or willingness to undergo training.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.

07% statutory holiday pay.
