Essentially, we are seeking determined and committed individuals who can impact on performance and make a positive contribution to the company's future growth.ResponsibilitiesThe RoleRecording goods issued and returned back into stockProcess orders and forwarding order requisitions to the Stores manager for orderingChasing / enquiring on order delivery datesEnsure that all stocks are maintained at the required levelsAssisting with the re-map of the store moving stock and creating computerised labelCarrying out regular stock takes within your area of responsibility, keeping all items to an absolute minimum whilst maintaining continuity of supplyUpdate and maintenance of computerised stock control systemOversee the receiving of orders and relevant documentation and ensure orders are fulfilledIdentify improved cost saving methods and liaising with Maintenance stores manager on sourcing of replacement parts.General House Keeping of the StoreEnsuring H&S and hygiene standards in accordance with company rules and regulations are adhered tooAny other duties as required by stores manager. Requirement and skills:A positive attitude.Good communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong attention to detail.The ability to follow and enforce Health & Safety regulations.People skills The working hours are either:Sunday 6am-6pmMonday 6am-6.30pmTuesday 3pm-11pmWednesday 3pm-11pmThursday 3pm-11pmORTuesday 6am-2pmWednesday 6am-2pmThursday 6am-2pmFriday 6am-6pmSaturday 6am-6.30pm48 hours a week, £11.44 per hour.If you're interested, please APPLY, or call (phone number removed)
