Substance Misuse Team Leader in Doncaster

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Substance Misuse Team Leader to join a service in Doncaster. As a vital member of a Senior Management Team, you will play a crucial role in providing leadership and management to the groupwork and early intervention teams, while supporting the overall development of practice across the service.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Providing effective leadership and management to staff within the groupwork and early intervention teams. * Collaborating with the Senior Management Team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet the needs of service users. * Supporting the development and implementation of evidence-based practice and interventions within the service. * Acting as a role model for best practice, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and learning. * Overseeing the delivery of accredited qualifications and support the professional development of staff. * Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.Requirements: * Relevant experience in the substance misuse field, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of issues related to substance use and addiction. * A relevant degree in psychology, sociology, social work, or a Diploma in Health and Social Care, or equivalent qualifications. * Level 3 Substance Misuse qualification. * ILM Level 5 in Leadership & Management or equivalent. * Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues, service users, and external partners. * Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning. * Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months.
