Taskmaster Resources are currently recruiting a Supervisor for our client based in the WN8 area on a Temp to Perm basisDuties: * To manage and lead a team of 40 operatives in order to achieve targets in a safe and efficient manner. * Working on a fast-paced production line, ensuring the line is running efficiently. * Making sure that quality and hygiene standards are properly communicated, understood and achieved at all times.Skills * Excellent communication skills * Must have experience in food production * Experience in operating machines is essential * Leadership and People Management skills * Ability to be self-driven and highly motivated.Shift: Nights 7pm - 7am. 4 on 4 offPay rate: Starting on £12.44ph but will increase to up to £15ph once trainedTaskmaster Resources LTD is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy**No Recruitment Fees or related costs are paid by workers for applying or accepting this role with Taskmaster
