They are a not for profit organisation that are committed to empowering individuals to live life to the fullest by providing person-centered support tailored to their unique needs and aspirations.Key Responsibilities:Provide practical and emotional support to adults with learning disabilities in a supported living setting. Assist residents with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.Promote independence and choice, empowering individuals to make decisions about their own lives.Support residents to access community activities, social events, and educational opportunities.Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements.Requirements:Previous experience working with adults with learning disabilities is desirable but not essential.Compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine commitment to improving the lives of others.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.Flexible approach to work, including availability for shift work and sleep-in shifts.Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle preferred.Benefits:Competitive hourly rate of £12.14 - £12.37 per hour.
