Eden Brown Synergy is recruiting for Support Workers for a NEW Childrens' Residential Home.

The Support Worker (Children's Residential Care) would have an opportunity to join a leading group offering therapeutic care and education services for children and young people.

The role would be ideal for a Children's Support Worker looking for a new and rewarding career challenge in a growing organisation'As a Support Worker you would be able to work flexibly in caring for children, which would include working shifts, sleep-ins with full time and part time hours available.

A Full UK Drivers Licence is requiredAs a Support Worker you would be required to:Be part of a caring team that provides a safe and loving home for children and young people, led and supported by a registered manager.

Provide the therapeutic care and support needed for each individual child.

Act as a positive role model to meet their everyday living needs,Enjoy fun days out such as theme parks, fishing, football and hiking.

Provide emotional and physical support to allow the children to reach their full potential in sometimes challenging situationsBuild friendships and trusting relationshipsHelp them to find pleasure in everyday tasksEmpower them to make decisions about themselvesAs a Senior Support Worker you would meet the following requirements:Gained at least 1 year experience in a Children's Residential Care HomeIdeally a qualification (NVQ) in Caring for Children and Young PeopleHave great communication skills, naturally caring, flexible and resilient.
