However, experienced non-qualified teachers will also be considered for this role. * Subject Knowledge: A degree in Spanish / Hispanic Studies or a related field, with a strong understanding of key concepts and a passion for the subject. * Teaching Experience: Proven experience as a Secondary MFL teacher with a successful track record of student achievement is highly advantageous, but not essential. Strong ECTs will also be considered for this role. * Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with students, colleagues, and parents. * Commitment to Inclusion: A commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse learning environment that caters to the needs of all students. * A DBS on the Update Service or Willingness to obtain. * 2x Satisfactory References
