Required Qualifications:The ideal candidate must have GCSE English, GCSE Maths.

Experience:Prior experience working in an educational setting is preferred but not essential.

Knowledge and Skills:The successful candidate should demonstrate initiative, be proactive, possess strong leadership qualities, have excellent verbal communication skills, be a good listener, and exhibit strong organisational abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:Any additional teaching or childcare qualifications would be advantageous.

Working Conditions:The role involves working in a classroom environment, collaborating with teachers and students, and supporting educational activities.

The Teaching Assistant may need to adapt to different teaching styles and student needs.
