The Role: As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing tailored support to students with behavioural difficulties, helping them to overcome obstacles and thrive in their learning environment.

Your responsibilities may include:Implementing individualised behaviour management strategiesProviding one-on-one support to students both in and out of the classroomCollaborating with teachers and other support staff to create inclusive learning environments.

Monitoring and recording student progress.

Offering guidance and encouragement to promote positive behaviour and social skills development.
