Key Responsibilities:Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEND, ensuring they have access to the curriculum and can fully participate in classroom activities.

Assist the class teacher in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and other tailored interventions to meet the diverse needs of students.

Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and respected.

Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to address the individual needs of students and promote their academic and social progress.

Promote independence and self-confidence among students by encouraging them to overcome challenges and celebrate their achievements.

Requirements:Experience working with students with SEND in an educational setting is essential.

A compassionate and patient approach, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and support their emotional well-being.

Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Flexibility and adaptability to respond to the evolving needs of students and the school community.
