Teaching Assistant | Birmingham, B74 | £95 - £105 per day | Full Time | Start date ASAP | Long Term - PermanentLTF Recruitment are looking to appoint a dedicated and motivated Teaching Assistant to begin working full time in a warm and welcoming primary school located in the Birmingham Sutton Coldfield area (B74). The successful candidate will be able to work closely with children and staff to ensure that students are effectively supported. Responsibilities:Provide support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)Be confident to work on a 1-1 or small group basis with students, delivering interventionsFoster positive relationships with students, parents and members of staffEnsure that students are engaging with learning to the best of their abilityEffectively manage classroom behaviours, actively encouraging positive behavioursRequirements:A relevant qualification/degree is desirableExperience of working with children or young people with special educational needs An Enhanced DBS and 2 references are a requirement for this roleIf you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs, we would love to hear from you.
