Flourish Education are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work in a Primary school in Castle Vale to join their staff team on a long-term basis. The staff in the school work hard to deliver a values based, rich curriculum that inspires and challenges all children academically, whilst also encouraging them to be curious, independent and develop a love of learning.Our client wants to appoint a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work with a small group of children with SEN. The pupils have EHCPs and have been diagnosed with either autism or speech and language difficulties. The school have a strong SEN team that work collaboratively and there are other Teaching Assistants in the class too. Responsibilities in this role include supporting the children with SEN to meet their individual needs, keeping the children engaged and monitoring their progress.This Teaching Assistant role is to start ASAP and will continue until the end of the academic year.
