Apply NowJob role: Level 3 Childcare PractitionerPay rate: £83-£90 per day As a Level 3 Childcare Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education to young children.
You will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes their physical, social, and emotional development.
We are recruiting for positions opening in the new academic year, located in Worthing, West Sussex in the South East of England.
Duties include:Help implement activities to support children's learning and developmentEnsure the safety and well-being of children at all timesObserve and monitor children's behaviour, reporting any concerns.
Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and inclusive learning environmentCommunicate effectively, providing regular updates on their child's activities and progressFollow safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the well-being of all childrenAdvantageous Qualifications: CACHE Level 3 Diploma in ChildcareCACHE Level 3 Diploma in Supporting LearningCACHE Level 3 Diploma in Early Years EducationExpected Knowledge, experience and skills:Experience working in a childcare settingKnowledge of child development principles and best practisesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well in a teamStrong organisational and time management skillsAbility to remain calm and patient in challenging situationsIf you are a driven, resilient, reliable, proactive, and nurturing individual with a Level 3 Diploma in Childcare, we encourage you to apply with an up to date CV.
