Teaching Assistants required for September 2024.

The Education Network is currently working with several Special Educational Needs schools to recruit Teaching Assistants to work across Key Stages 2 – 4 from September 2024.

Are you a Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for a new long-term role starting in September?

Do you want the consistency of working at one school for the whole academic year?

These schools are looking for experienced Teaching Assistants who are happy working on a 1-2-1 or small group basis, providing support for children with special educational needs.

Ideally you will have experience supporting children with Autism, MLD, Complex Needs or Physical Disabilities.

Job Role:Supporting children on a 1-2-1 or small group basis.

Acting as a Teaching Assistant / Classroom Assistant.

Working closely with the class teachers to provide the right support.

Managing behaviours if required.

Understanding a range of special educational needs.

Providing consistency and care for children.

Making learning fun, engaging and nurturing.
