Teaching AssistantLocation:West Midlands, WolverhamptonSalary:£85 - £100 Per dayJob Duties:Assist teachers in delivering educational programmes and lessonsProvide support to students with their learning activities and assignmentsSupervise students during class and in other educational settingsAssist in the preparation of teaching materials and resourcesEngage with students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning conceptsHelp to create a positive and inclusive learning environmentSupport students with their personal and social developmentCollaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure effective classroom managementEnsure the safety and well-being of students at all timesDeliver interventionConfidence to deliver whole class teaching when requiredQualifications:Teaching Assistant Level 3 qualification would be advantageousExperience:Prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant in an educational settingExperience in supporting students with their learning and developmentKnowledge and Skills:Strong understanding of educational principles and practisesGood knowledge of the curriculum and learning objectivesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build rapport with students and establish positive relationshipsEffective organisational and time management skillsAbility to work collaboratively as part of a teamPreferred Qualifications:Additional training or certifications related to education or child developmentWorking Conditions:The Teaching Assistant will primarily work within an educational setting.

The role may involve occasional supervision of students during break times or extracurricular activities.

The Teaching Assistant may need to adapt to different classrooms or learning environments based on the needs of the students and the school.

The position is temporary and requires working full-time hours.
