We have an exciting locum opportunity for a dedicated Team Manager to lead our Assessment and Intervention Team.

Key Responsibilities:Provide leadership and support to a dynamic team of social workers.

Oversee assessments and interventions to ensure high standards of practice.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and best practice guidelines.

Manage complex cases and support team members in their professional development.

Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care plans.

Requirements:Social Work England registration.

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within an Assessment and Intervention Team.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
