Essential Attributesn8+ years within an ecological or environmental consultancy, with a proven track record of technical delivery, mentoring and team leadership, and business development.nFull or Associate Member of CIEEMnCommercial and project management skillsnAble to work hybrid / remote in one of the multiple office locations across ScotlandnA passion for nature and a commitment to collaborationnA degree in a relevant environmental disciplinenThe willingness to work as part of a high performing and collaborative team
