Job Description

As a Trainee Telesales Executive , you will work as part of the Direct Sales team. You will be responsible for making proactive outbound calls to all of our existing customers – to discuss with them either refinancing their current facility or new ventures. You would also be setting appointments for the Relationship Managers & Mortgage Advisors, the Telesales Executive will be responsible for discussing our current products and services available.

As a Trainee Telesales Executive , we are looking for someone to:

  • Build relationships with our existing account base
  • Create sales opportunities through outbound calls with commercial and personal customers to establish the nature of their business, growth plans & future finance needs
  • Have an appetite to learn about Together’s products and underwriting criteria (you would be given full training) so you can refer customers that meet the requirements as prescribed within the lending policy
  • Consistently provide a high level of service to all customers, to maximise the potential from each call and help customers achieve their goals
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to with all contacts so that regulatory requirements are met
  • Provide ongoing support with the sales team, supporting the pipeline cases in their progression
  • Qualifications

    Essential

  • Proven track record of customer service orientation and rapport building skills
  • Ideally experience of generating new leads and creating sales appointments 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Full use of Microsoft products
