The successful candidate will have a full or licentiate membership with the RTPI, and relevant consultancy experience.
As a Town Planner, you will be meaningfully engaged in conducting research and site appraisals, prepare, submit, and negotiate planning applications, respond to development plan consultations, and be confident working independently and in a team.
Essential Criteria for the candidate as a Town PlannerRTPI accredited town planning degree or relevantChartered (working towards) Member of the RTPIHave good communication and an enthusiastic mentality.
Demonstrable previous experience.
Have a genuine interest and enthusiasm in planning.
