For this role you will earn a competitive basic salary plus uncapped commission.

Please note this role requires a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.

What youll be doing

The Greater Picture: At Magnet, were not just designing kitchens; were building connections.

As a Trade Kitchen Sales Designer you will be an integral part of the team.

You will do this by increasing trade sales through planning and designing kitchens, counter sales and building strong relationships with new and existing customers.

As well as ensuring that all potential leads for future business are followed up.

From the initial conversations in our stores right through to home visits at Magnet, we strive to create a welcoming environment to ensure consistent deliver high standards of customer service throughout.

You will be based in one of our Magnet stores, working closely as part of a fast paced, motivated team.

You will be an key part of the team, helping to drive sales, meet targets and collaborate on exciting projects.

  • Experience working in a similar, design sales-focused role
  • Trade customer service experience and a personable manner
  • Target and results driven
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility around working hours
  • A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
