Unit Manager – Elderly Nursing home* Must be nurse qualified* You will be head of the nursing unit within the care home*£44,000 - £46,000 per annum + BenefitsBradford, YorkshireJob OverviewFlorin Healthcare have been assigned to work with an award-winning care provider to find a Unit Manager (Nursing) for one of their elderly care services.

The home is a large sized elderly care that provides nursing and dementia care to elderly residents.

As a Unit Manager, you will be ultimately taking responsibility of the care and wellbeing residents but also leading, motivating, and mentoring your team of carers / nurses whilst delivering guidance and coaching.

You should have a keen eye for detail, be organised and be able to make critical decisions when needed regarding your unit.

Additionally, you will be supported by an excellent management team who will provide you will all the tools to grow and develop your career within the group.

SalaryHourly rate to be discussed – salary works out around £44-46k per annum.

Candidate requirements * A Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin * High-level communication skills.

* Able to build strong and honest relationships with residents and their families.

* Good planning and organisational skills.

* Be able to Carry out investigations if ever needed in a professional manner.

* Be able to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans for patients/residents.

* Conduct regular assessments to monitor and improve the quality of care provided.
