Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator required in EnfieldWorking within a Manufacturer Accredited Bodyshop / Accident Repair CentrePermanent, Full Time with Monday-Friday hoursSalary: Up to £50k pa depending on experience and qualifications + bonusesWe're looking for an experienced Motor Vehicle Damage Assessor / VDA / Estimator to join our Client's bodyshop in Uxbridge. Must have experience in a Bodyshop / Accident Repair Centre and experience using Audatex or Glassmatix.Responsibilities:Assess damage to a range of vehicle makes/ models;Calculate time and cost for all necessary repairs;Create estimates via Audatex;Negotiate estimates and discuss any issues relating to the claim with engineers;Record all repair information on Autoflow;Work with the team to ensure customer satisfaction scores are maintained;Provide customers with updates in relation to cost involved and time to complete the repairs.Requirements:Excellent organisational skills;Experience using Audatex;ATA Accreditation (ATA VDA) would be beneficial.Full company details available on application.
