Vehicle Sales Executive in Leicestershire

This privately-owned, family-run business consists of talented, driven vehicle salespeople that form a tight-knit and high-performing team who deliver expertise in sourcing, supplying, and financing vehicles for companies and individuals alike. Due to success in both of their business areas, they are looking to expand their team with top sales talent. As a valued addition to their team, you will undergo Industry & Legislative Training with the UKs largest vehicle financer (external training), and supported by your Line Manager and Team, create an Internal Development plan, which will ensure you receive the learning that will enable you to effectively generate leads, close sales and boost your commission! You'll also be supported in developing your expertise through arranged 1-2-1s with industry experts in the area of sales you're most interested in.Based in the Leicestershire countryside (a 15-minute commute by car from Market Harborough and Leicester City Centre), they offer a base salary of £21k, with OTE of £27-35k in year one, £30-40k in year two and £35-50k in year three. Progression comes with a £1000 increase in salary as you become a Senior Sales Exec and step into the renewals team. Additionally, if your agreed KPIs are met, you gain access to the company's profit share and the handsome bonus this brings! This is all underpinned by the uncapped commission offered, which rewards you for how well you work and puts ownership of your pay firmly in your own hands.
