MOT Tester preferred; however, training will be available for eligible candidates.If you would like to become part of this family run workshop and work for a company who will help you create the life you want and offer exciting career opportunities, then we want to hear from you!Duties include, but are not limited to: * cam belts, gear boxes, clutches, exhausts and tyres alongside other daily car maintenance duties. * Welding, Component replacement, electrical repair, and overhaul * You will be responsible for repairs on all makes and models of vehicles:Who we will consider for this role: The successful candidate will have a strong technical background with excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills. You must have good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity together with the initiative and ability to work without supervision. You must be able to work to deadlines in a safe working environment, and keep work areas clean, tidy, organised, and safe from hazards to health and safety. Be able to liaise effectively with colleagues and customers at all levels in a polite and efficient manner. Applicants must have a flexible approach to work and a full understanding of customer satisfaction.You must be a qualified Vehicle Technician with a formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds/ NVQ 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent qualification) although level 2 will be considered.
