Mencap is seeking passionate Waking night Support Workers to join our incredible team in the area of Redruth.
We are recruiting for a part time 11 hours a week position.
As a Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities.
You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs.
From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you’ll play a vital role in their life.
What we're looking for:· A genuine passion for supporting others.
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
· Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
· A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
