We are on the lookout for a skilled and innovative Web Engineer to become a key player in our dynamic team.

As a Web Engineer at MHR, you will have the opportunity to design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge web applications that are both responsive and user-friendly.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, ensure our web solutions exceed industry standards, and stay ahead of the curve with the latest trends and technologies.

Web Application Development: Design and implement scalable, responsive, and user-friendly web applications.

Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Angular and TypeScript.

Front-End Development: Develop and enhance front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks, with a focus on Angular.

User Experience: Ensure a seamless and visually appealing user experience across various devices and browsers.

Integration: Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.

API Development: Implement RESTful APIs for efficient communication between the front-end and back-end systems.

Design Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate design mock-ups into functional web interfaces.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of web applications to ensure functionality and performance meet specifications.

Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and adhere to best practices.

Performance Optimisation: Optimise web applications for maximum speed and scalability using tools like Lighthouse.

Performance Monitoring: Identify and address performance bottlenecks to ensure optimal loading times.

Security: Implement and adhere to security best practices to protect web applications against common vulnerabilities.

Security Awareness: Stay informed about the latest security threats and mitigation strategies.

Key Skills

  • Experienced in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with responsive web design principles.
  • Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) and web development tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
  • Knowledge of back-end technologies (Node.js, Django, Ruby on Rails, etc.) and RESTful API development/consumption.
  • Proficient with version control systems, such as Git, and cross-browser compatibility testing.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, including familiarity with web performance optimisation techniques.
