Our client is a Main car dealership on Finchley Road and they are actively looking for a new Workshop ControllerAs a Workshop Controller you will be welcomed into a friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting brand.What will you be doing? * Responsible for the day-to-day running of the workshop * Ensuring the service and repair technicians achieve their daily targets * Assisting the service managers in ensuring the department provides the best possible service to the customers * Achieves agreed profits and retention levelsWhat are we looking for? * If you think you've got what it takes and meet the criteria below, then please apply! * Full UK Driving Licence * Motor Industry experience in a similar role is essential * Able to work independently and as part of a team * Ability to work to timescales effectively * Keen eye for detail, good communication and a passion for delivering great customer service * Experience in a main dealer environment * Strong industry knowledge * Ability to work under pressureSalary: £35K OTE £40K PlusHours: Mon to Friday 8am to 5.30pmPlease contact Gary at Jago Consultants
