Apply NowFlourish Education are recruiting for a Year 2 Teacher to work at a one form entry first school in the Droitwich area. The school has a great reputation in the local community and is part of a wider academy trust.
Flourish Education are recruiting for a Year 2 Teacher to join the school on a temporary basis. This is a full-time role working Monday-Friday as the class teacher. The successful candidate will be expected to take on full planning, marking and assessment responsibilities. Unfortunately, this role is not suitable for ECT's.
This role is due to start after Whitsun half term on a full-time basis. Initially the role will continue for the remainder of the academic year.
Required Skills and Experience for this Year 2 Teacher role: QTS (Qualified Teacher Status). ECT's are not consideredExperience Teaching in Primary SchoolsAbility to effectively manage behaviourTo be able to work in partnership with class TA and other staff membersAble to create a safe, engaging, and positive learning environmentWorking for Flourish Education as a Year 2 Teacher you will receive : Paid up to £175 per day which equates to £34,125 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school yearThe option of PAYE or UmbrellaHoliday Pay - for PAYE candidates you accrue this at 14.36% of your day ratePension ContributionsFree safeguarding Level 1 and Prevent training.Refer a Friend bonus scheme£100 welcome to the team bonus paid automatically after working 10 daysRegular contact throughout the registration process and once you are at work.
This Year 2 Teacher opportunity is based at a school in the Droitwich area. This is accessible by car and public transport from Worcester, Bromsgrove, Stourport, Kidderminster, and parts of Birmingham via the M5 motorway.Interested?
