· Industry leading CRM systemWhat we need from you:You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening and vetting candidates across the North East for our local and global clients in the automotive, manufacturing and warehousing sectors.

Key tasks:· Using job boards and in-house database to sourcing, screen and vet candidates * Support the Business development team through identifying new clients and opportunities * Maintaining and growing existing business relationships * Work with in-house marketing team to develop candidate attraction campaigns.

Requirements * Previous experience in an industrial recruitment role * Relationship management – develop and maintain productive relationships with your Team, Senior Management, and Clients.

* Customer focused – committed to understanding client needs and buying signals.
