We are looking for a talented account manager to join our team and help develop our client services process even further.

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Account Manager to join our expanding team.

As a key member of our team you will manage projects, ensure deadlines are met and develop relationships with our clients.

You will play a pivotal role in the agency, building and maintaining relationships with our clients, and bringing your expertise to help us shape our service delivery and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the relationships between our agency and our clients
• Be a key point of contact for enquiries from clients and partners
• Apply your expertise and experience to continually improve on our client service processes
• Help lead on monthly and quarterly meetings with clients, including report writing and presenting
• Keeping the implementation team on track to deliver against agreed timelines and keeping the client updated on progress  
• Writing reports and email communications with clients  
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure the client performance and communications remain on track, in terms of deliverables to the client.  
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to through conversations with the team, activity in the accounts and through external sources  
• Contribute innovative ideas to continuously improve performance and exceed client expectations.  

Requirements:

• Previous agency account management experience handling multiple clientsExcellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner  
• Good at quickly building and maintaining positive relationships   
• Organised and focussed on over-delivering
