Apply NowTime Appointments are working on behalf of a brilliant client based in the outskirts of Colchester, offering an exciting role for an Accounts Assistant. The successful candidates will be working within a small team, who can work on their own initiative with an organised working style.
Role & Responsibilities:
· Bank Reconciliations
· Purchase and Sales ledgers
· Submitting VAT returns
· Aged Debtors/Creditors reporting
· Weekly/Monthly Credit Control processes
· P&L Reports by Department
Skills & Experience:
· A strong knowledge of Sage and CIS Construction
· Ability to work to timescales under pressure
· Excellent attention to detail
· Part-Qualified Accounts knowledge preferred, but not necessary
· Good construction knowledge preferred, but not necessary
· Good time management skills
· Experience and attitude more important than qualifications
