Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in the Trowbridge area, who are actively looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join the team on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing:Working in a busy and friendly team, you will provide essential support to the team, duties will include :Managing new client accounts including credit applicationsSending out supplier statementsReconciling customer accountsMonth end sales ledger processing including reconciliationsMonthly aged debtors reporting Updating cashflow on a regular basisAdditional duties including assisting with fleet maintenance / ad hoc projects and when requiredWhat you will need to succeed:A proven track record in a similar role is essentialOrganised, efficient and good at working under pressureA good level of numeracyAbility to work under own initiative and as part of a small teamStrong IT skills including Microsoft Office (excel in particular)Excellent communication skills over the phone as well as via email What you will receive in return:Competitive salaryMonday to Friday full time (please note 100% office based)25 days holidayFriendly and supportive teamOpportunity to progress What you need to do next:If this position sounds of interest and you would like to be considered, please contact Sarah at Thrive Group on Direct line (phone number removed) or email (url removed)Thrive Group are acting as an employment agency in relationship to this vacancy.
