Accounts Payable Clerk - Basingstoke, Hampshire - £30,000 - £36,000 + benefits. - (Hybrid 2 days in the office)FryerMiles are delighted to be partnering with an industry leading Pharmaceutical business based in Basingstoke, Hampshire. Due to a recent acquisition we are on the search for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join the business on a permanent basis.The duties of the Accounts Payable Clerk role include:Processing multi-currency purchase invoicesMonitoring AP mail boxCarry out monthly supplier statement reconciliations and follow up on resulting queriesDealing with telephone and email supplier queriesParticipate in process improvement projects, ensure best practice and offer ideas for continuous improvementFlexible approach and open to continuous improved ways of workingIntercompany recharges on a monthly basisWorking as part of the European Finance TeamEnsuring accurate VAT recordsPreparation of Supplier payments on a weekly basisMonth end accrual journals and schedule completionIntercompany statement reconciliationAssist with internal and external auditsHelp the Finance Manager with ledger review at month endThe successful Accounts Payable Clerk will:Have at least 3+ years Accounts Payable experience.European language - desirable SAP experience - desirableThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join this exciting business.
