Apply NowAlexander House Care Home is looking for an Administrator with great organisational, inter-personal and first point of contact skills.
Our newly built care home is in the charming suburb of Pinhoe, Exeter. We offer exceptional standards of Nursing, Residential, Dementia and Respite care for 67 residents.
Every day will offer plenty of variety and great administration skills are a pre-requisite for the role. You will work closely alongside the Home Manager, and be part of the internal management structure, which will line manage the Receptionists.
Administrator Contract
12.50 per hour
Contracted to 37.5-hours per week
Pension
5.6 weeks annual leave (Based on a full-time contract)

Administrator Tasks
First point of contact for prospective residents and team members
An ambassador for the care home, ie. showing people around Alexander House Care Home and integrating with the local community
Managing the enquiry database
Setting up overseeing all administration systems to include residents agreements, team members contracts & E Learning
Good financial background, ie. Invoicing, purchase ledger, payroll etc
As part of this role, you will be required to attend training on Fire, Handling & moving and Health & Safety.
