Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Advertising Executive to manage our ad server technology, ExAds ( ), and optimize its setup to maximize advertising revenue.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing advertiser accounts, leveraging existing relationships with advertisers, affiliates, and networks, and establishing new partnerships to drive commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the ExAds ad management platform to maximize advertising revenue.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with existing advertisers, affiliates, and networks.
• Identify and develop new partnerships and business opportunities to grow advertising revenue.
• Work closely with publishers to monetize their visitors effectively.
• Analyze performance data to inform strategy and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with the team to develop innovative advertising solutions that meet the needs of advertisers and publishers.
• Ensure a high level of customer service and support for advertiser accounts.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing advertising operations using the ExAds platform.
• Strong background in advertising with existing relationships with advertisers, affiliates, and networks. Relationships with publishers are considered a bonus.
• Excellent commercial acumen, numerate, and analytical skills.
• Dynamic and proactive approach to problem-solving and business development.
• Positive and optimistic outlook, with a motivation to achieve commercial success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
