We employ over 1900 people to manage and develop our large portfolio of nearly 56,000 homes serving over 75,000 customers across London, the East Midlands, Southern and the East of England.This role is a fixed-term contract for 12 monthsThe role of Aftersales Consultant involves the following key responsibilities:? Responsible for hitting monthly targets for equity loan &/or staircasing completions? Communicate regularly with customers to keep them up to date on transactions? Read and interpret leases and legal charges and give effective advice to customers and other key internal and external stakeholders? Keep up-to-date records within Salesforce CRM system? Ensure compliance with FCA & AML regulations? Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure transactions are completed in a timely manner? Keep up to date with relevant legislation and product developments? Handle first-stage complaints, collate all required information, and provide appropriate response to the customerWhat you'll need to succeed? Experience and good knowledge of the Equity Loans &/or staircasing process and shared ownership product? Proven experience of hitting sales targets? Proven experience of providing excellent customer service and handling challenging customer situations? Practical knowledge of anti-money laundering regulations and FCA legislation? Ability to work with minimum supervision and to extremely tight deadlines.? Excellent communication skills and attention to detail?
