The Role
We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager for Marshall Motor Group’s for Volkswagen Newbury.
This role will see you lead day to day operations for our busy service and parts divisions, with a team of around 20.
Reporting to the Head of Business, this role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis, and offers the right candidate an excellent career development opportunity.
To support you in your personal development and growth, you will have full access to Marshall Training to help you build on your current skillset and further your career through our training and development and succession plan.
What will I do?
As an Aftersales Manager, you will have overall accountability for people and financial performance for your assigned dealership.

What do I need?
Given the nature of our Newbury dealership, it is essential that you have strong aftersales leadership experience within a Franchise, with knowledge across service and parts.
Manufacturer experience with Volkswagen would be beneficial, but isn’t essential to the success of this role.
