Arcus Search are proud to support a leading Global Insurance Broker, on searching for an adaptable, personable and driven Analyst.

You will be joining their People Analytics function on a permanent basis, to be responsible for both people and commercial agendas, maintaining people systems and reporting, delivering ad hoc analysis and supporting an array of initiatives by communicating with senior stakeholders across this Insurer.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining Analytical tools - e.g. Talent Dashboard, DE&I Dashboard, etc.
  • Deliver ad hoc analysis by reporting from systems and implementing analytical tools across HR.
  • Recommend solutions, highlight conclusions and facilitative conversations with appropriate stakeholders
  • Drive an ever-changing agenda of work sustainably and prioritise when necessary.
  • Model Strategy, mapping processes and run Workday reports.

Requirements:

  • Strong Analytical skills across Financial Services or Consultancies
  • Cloud Services (AWS, Azure, etc.)
  • Data visualisation tools experience crucial (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Be resourceful, independent and have a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to face off to senior stakeholders and key decision makers
  • Strong understanding of Data
  • ETL tools (e.g. Alteryx) - nice to have
