Application Support Analyst in Bristol

Application Support Engineer | Bristol | £30,000 – £35,000

Peaple Talent has partnered with a growing technology company to recruit for a Application Support Engineer.

This is an exciting role to join a growing, culture-led company where you will be responsible for providing D365 support to clients and work with a project-focussed Development team to diagnose, triage and fix issues.

The successful candidate will be an eager and enthusiastic professional with IT support experience and excellent knowledge of D365 CRM.

This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to be onsite in their Bristol offices 2 days a week.

The Role:

• Monitor ticketing system and troubleshoot D365 tickets raised by customers
• Perform D365 configuration tasks, such as adding fields, creating dashboards/views and implementing workflows
• Work with Senior Developers to implement basic code fixes when
• Understand release management lifecycle and perform small released to production environments
• Provide assistance on key projects for customers

The Candidate:

• Previous experience of providing technical IT support utilising D365
• Experience of managing a ticket queue, ensuring SLA’s are met in all instances
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience working with Azure DevOps is advantageous
• Proactive professional who enjoys delivering excellent customer service
• Collaborative mindset who is eager to learn and work in a fast-paced environment

The Package:

• Basic salary: £30 ,000 - £35,000 per annum
