Your mission will be to lead and expand a dynamic team dedicated to delivering top-notch tree care and inspections, ensuring both contract compliance and customer satisfaction.The successful candidate will need a thorough grasp of all aspects of arboriculture, from inspections to TPO applications. We're looking for someone who's not just organised and adept but also has a proven track record of steering teams across various locations. You'll excel in mapping out efficient work plans and directing staff to meet our high standards, resource allocation, and contractual commitments.Your expertise in health and safety, coupled with the ability to conduct risk assessments and adhere to safe work practices, is vital. You receive an extra day off for it to enjoy however you wish!Company VehicleLife assurance coverA culture of progression and developmentPlus many more perksKey Duties:Setting up daily schedules for all teams, ensuring that they carry out all scheduled tasks, including routine and specialised general tree maintenance, tree inspections, and the submission of electronic reportsPreparing for monthly management reports plus attending customer and site meetingsEnsuring that risky or unsafe behaviours are minimised in order to reduce the possibility of an accident or harm. Providing event and near-miss reportsMaintaining all health and safety documents and recordsWorking closely and forming great relationships with clients, take full responsibility for all client facing operations, ensuring all work is completed on time and to good standardPlanning, organising, and supervising all equipment, staff and materials to avoid wastage and ensure compliance with required standardsEnsure that all staff adhere to the vehicle Policies and regular monitoring takes place resulting in swift action is taken to remedy faults or issues.
