Due to office expansion and a growing portfolio, they now require Architectural Technicians at various levels, including Project Runners.Role & ResponsibilitiesProduce high-quality technical drawings, styleWorking across RIBA stages 2 - 6Produce detailed hand drawingsWork alongside other Architectural Technologists and Architects on projectsWork on a mix of large-scale residential developments and bespoke residential projectsRequired Skills & ExperienceQualified and trained as an Architectural Technician, Technologist, or ArchitectMinimum of 3 years' professional experience in the UKExperience in UK residential projectsExperience in the use of ArchiCAD is beneficialWhat you get backSalary of £32,000 - £44,000 DOE21 days holiday, plus bank holidays and discretionary leave over ChristmasProfessional memberships paid forNo staff are expected to work overtime, but if offered they will pay this at an increased rateEmployee assistance programmeProject trips, sketching sessions, social events, and charity fundraisingFlexible working with 3 days per week required in the office.ApplyIf you meet the criteria above, send us your CV and portfolio.
