Asbestos Surveyor - Watford, LondonUp to £40,056 + Benefits, 26 Days Holiday My client is nationally expanding and looking to double the size of the company within 5 years. They are determined to expand their list of Asbestos Surveyors, looking for the best and brightest within the London area.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Management, Refurbishment & Demolition Surveys on various sitesTo be up to date with asbestos legislation, guidance and industry best practice including UKAS accreditation and quality management arrangementsTo take personal responsibility for maintaining technical expertise and an awareness of current issues in the sectorTo take personal responsibility to meet own billing and productivity targetsTo ensure that the culture of the company is one that is honest and open and values everyone's opinions and contributionsTo contribute to a culture that is positive about the companyTo contribute to a culture that enables PCL to be a learning organisation open to challenge and changeRequired Qualifications:BHOS P402 qualified 7 years experience on siteFull UK driving licenseConfident knowledge with IT and TEAMSMy client has a collection of benefits that may entice you.
