As the Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating a great customer journey and driving service through the team alongside the Store Manager.

Motivating and inspiring your colleagues, you will have a passion for people and will ensure that the brand is represented to the highest standard at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• You support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store and the team
• You will drive key performance indicators to get fast, impressive results through your team
• You will communicate effectively and resolve problems with clear direction
• You’ll always lead by example - rolling up your sleeves and getting the job done. It’s how you’ll encourage everyone else to give that little bit more
• You’ll make sure that customer journey is at the heart of everything you do and every decision you make
